National Theatre Workshop

Young Aspiring Theatre Directors

From 10^th of March to 30^th of March

At Hotel Rajhans, Surajkund, NCR

The workshop is a peep into the works and methodology of some great theatre directors. Watch their works on video and discuss with them.The theatre maestro will discuss their works around the key line being, “Me as Director, My work, My style, My approach”. They will do some exercises also with the participants.

The eminent Directors those have consented to be the resource persons: 1. Prof. Mohan Maharishi; 2. Mr. M.K. Raina; 3. Prof. (Dr.) AnuradhaKapur; 4. Prof WamanKendre; 5. Prof. BansiKaul; 6. Prof. Tripurari Sharma.

Indian nationalshaving completed theirgraduation in any stream and having directed at least two plays with adequate experience in theatre/performing arts are eligible for the aforesaid theatre workshop. Preference will be given to higher education. There is no fee for joining the workshop. Please give Mobil number of two persons who have seen your works and are known names in theatre. Please ensure that you give the correct phone number. Please attach proofs of your works and two passport size Photographs.

Boarding & Lodging will be arranged National School of Drama Extension Department free of any cost.
