National School of Drama(NSD), Extension Programme Department, is conducting Three workshops in Assam in the months of September and October 2015.<\/p>\n
1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Theatre Play Direction Workshop; Gauhati Assam from 14 September to 13 October 2015;The workshop is being led by Great Theatre Maestro Shri RatanThiyam.<\/p>\n
2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Theatre Production Oriented Workshop; Tezpur, Assam from 11 September to 10 October 2015; The workshop is being led by very well-known Theatre and films personality of Assam Shri PranjalSaikia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Technical theatre workshop (Design\/technical) Dibrugarg\u00a0 Assam from 25 September to \u2013 19 October 2015; The workshop is being led by known theatre Directress of Assam Ms. RabijaGagoi.<\/p>\n
All the workshops will have a team of senior theatre luminaries, who have made a mark their respective fields and two young bright theatre practitioners to backup the camp director of the workshop.<\/p>\n
National School of Drama(NSD), Extension Programme Department has decided to attach one NSD design graduate (Passing out years 2011-2015) as apprentice to this workshop. He will be an observer and assistant for all activities of the workshop. He will also be responsible for detailed documentation of the workshop.<\/p>\n
The appointment of apprentice is also an effort and pilot programme to built resource personal for feature workshops.<\/p>\n
The selected apprentice will be entitled to permissible TA, DAand remuneration of @ Rs.500\/- to 1000\/- per day as per seniority\/experience in working of NSD EPD for the duration of working days of the workshop.<\/p>\n
